LTQ is an ICT (Information Communication Technology) Quiz competition in which students from different institutions, from different levels compete. The aim of this programme is to ensure competitiveness among schools and students as a way of promoting the role of ICT in our society and Ghana as a whole.
With the advent of Information Communication Technology (ICT) innovations the world has become a global village, and the dynamics of business have changed. Understanding and appreciating the importance of ICT and its role in business, management, leadership and other sectors will enable one to compete favorably on the Global market.
Virtually everyone agrees that information and communications technology (ICT) must be a key component of any viable development strategy for African countries. Ghana for that matter in realizing its developmental agenda needs key stakeholders, especially the educational sector, who will play effective role in equipping its workforce with skills and morale, technologically, in order to place Ghana on a strategic position on the global market.

To boost the study and awareness of Information Communication Technology among students and perpetuate it to posterity and to be a leading center of ICT innovation in the world.
MISSION
We wish to maximize value for education in Information Technology by building competence through competition among students and other beneficiaries.
GOALS
- Accelerate, enrich, and deepen basic IT skills through our quiz course structure.
- Motivate and engage students in learning of IT.
- Help relate academics to the practices of today’s workforce.
- Increase economic viability of tomorrow’s workers.
- Strengthen teaching and learning of IT in schools.
- Connect schools to the world through our virtual learning center.
OBJECTIVES
· Organize competition in IT among schools.
· Groom students with special/outstanding talents in IT in our institution (LIT).
· Assist students to make informed choices in their IT career.
· To keep students abreast with current technology with our online information portal.
· Establish a partnership program that creates exposure and income for students.
